These terms govern your use of Dain Bot ("Dain"), a product of NOMOI LLC. By using Dain you agree to them. If you use Dain on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Dain is an AI assistant that plans and performs tasks you ask for, including through tools you connect. Dain acts on your instructions and with the permissions you grant. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing important actions before they take effect.
Don't use Dain to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or abuse, attempt to circumvent security, or to take actions you're not authorized to take in the tools you connect.
When you connect a service, your use of that service remains governed by its own terms. Dain acts within the access you grant and is not responsible for third-party services themselves.
Dain uses AI, which can make mistakes. Review outputs and actions, especially anything consequential (money, legal, sending messages on your behalf). Dain is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for your own judgment or for professional advice.
Dain is provided "as is" during its pilot. We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, NOMOI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid NOMOI LLC in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using Dain anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
